Each of the product can be valued as one whole product according to this LEED criteria’s requirement.

1ST GENERATION - TRADITIONAL BAMBOO

dasso Traditional Bamboo is made from bamboo strips that are cut from the bamboo stems. The production procedure is quite traditional and classical. It combines bamboo strips with glue to realize horizontal and vertical structure which shows rather rustic structure of bamboo material. These traditional bamboo panels can be used for various interior applications.

2ND GENERATION - STRAND WOVEN BAMBOO

dasso Strand Woven Bamboo is a high-quality bamboo decking board with high density. It provides the natural look and feel of traditional bamboo products whilst combining excellent performance characteristics. In addition, the surface could be stained to the color of customers’ choice prior to the final coating process. The possibility of color options provides the user the capability to integrate an environmentally friendly bamboo product into any design motif.

3RD GENERATION - UNFURLED BAMBOO

The manufacturing process of dasso Ecosolid bamboo is revolutionary and globally patented. This method uses the entire piece of bamboo which in the manufacturing process is flattened and thus reveals the joints in the bamboo stalk which creates a natural effect. The final look of the product is quite design savvy.

4TH GENERATION - EXTERIOR FUSED BAMBOO

The manufacture of dassoXTR combines two stages of heat treatment to first carbonize the bamboo in order to remove the starch and sugar from the bamboo fiber, and then restructure the bamboo to reinforce its natural strength characteristics. The result is an extremely dense, durable exterior-use product. dassoXTR has a relatively flawless appearance and resistance to shrinkage. This consistent grain structure also allows dassoXTR to distribute weight in the product evenly, adding to its durability.
